Job Summary
Conduct daily veterinary care at Vetco Vaccination Clinics or Vetco Total Care full-service hospitals across 48 states, performing basic wellness checks, vaccinations, heartworm testing, and microchip placement, or managing outpatient surgeries, dental procedures, and diagnostic workups. Provide professional liability insurance and license defense while adhering to all local state and federal mandates. Submit required DEA registration for full-service shifts and maintain a state-specific license in good standing. Schedule flexible shifts directly through the online portal with no agency fees or minimum shift requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine state license in good standing
- Appropriate state-specific licensing to perform all shift functions including the ability to perform blood draws & administer vaccines
- DEA in good standing required for full-service Vetco Total Care hospital relief shifts
- Ability to provide Professional Liability Insurance + license defense policy
- Compliance with all local state and federal mandates
