Vetco Clinic Lead

Vetco Clinic Lead responsible for leading the field clinic team and providing functional direction to field staff, coaching clinic roles, and serving as the primary escalation point for customer, vet, or store partner issues. Operates company vehicles to vaccination clinics, manages clinic operations and paperwork, drives targeted discussions during daily commutes to foster a sales environment, ensures revenue handling and deposit processes, monitors crowd and pet management, trains new partners, and collaborates with Store and Market Managers to optimize clinic location and operations. Comfortable handling and restraining animals as part of routine clinic duties; expected to travel to clinic locations and potentially overnight in some locations. Emphasis on leadership, customer service, and adherence to clinic procedures to support Petco’s veterinary-related activities.
