Vet Surgeon

Manage and follow through your own case load in a busy first opinion small animal practice, utilizing laparoscopic surgery, digital imaging, ultrasound, and an in-house lab suite. Maintain client continuity across a single-site location while enjoying clinical freedom without corporate hierarchy or shareholders. Support staff utilize the Animana practice management system, and the team offers one-to-one surgical support when required. Schedule includes 40 hours over four days with no on-call or bank holiday working. Rotas involve 1:3 Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 12pm for consults only, with time back in lieu the following week. The practice supports funding for certificates in keyhole surgery, internal medicine, or exotics, and covers RCVS/VDS fees and £1500 CPD allowance.
