Vessel Manager H/F

Manage crew assignments for assigned vessels in compliance with operational requirements, company policies, and maritime regulations. Ensure crew performance meets standards for budget, safety, passenger service quality, and environmental protection while maintaining regulatory conformity through contractual support with manning agencies. Handle operational emergencies in coordination with the corporate headquarters, vessels, and agencies. Maintain continuous communication with ship captains, chief engineers, hotel managers, dispatch chiefs, and second captains. Serve as the central liaison between headquarters, the ship, and port agents to coordinate all vessel operations.
