Vessel Manager

Plan and execute repair and dry-docking works, including routine and major repairs. Monitor vessel performance and Planned Maintenance Schedules while conducting annual inspections to follow up on identified issues. Maintain system inputs in Jibe, Shipnet, and Eyeshare, and prepare survey cycles to ensure statutory compliance and PSC readiness. Control spare parts procurement and prepare operating budgets for fleet review, escalating cost overruns promptly. Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to clear vessels through vetting and terminals. Coordinate with insurers, suppliers, owners, and technical teams to manage operations safely within allocated budgets.
