Vessel Fitter (Night Shift)

Job Summary
Vessel Fitter responsible for the accurate fitting, assembly, and preparation of pressure vessel components in a manufacturing environment. Requires a journeyman trades certificate and 5+ years of vessel fitting experience. Reads and interprets red-line markups, blueprints, and technical drawings; collaborates with welders and supervisors to ensure accurate fit-up, dimensional accuracy, and quality. Night shift (4:30 p.m.–2:30 a.m., Monday–Thursday) at the Calgary, AB facility. Emphasis on safety, production targets, and adherence to quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman trades certificate required
- 5+ years of vessel fitting experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret all red-line markups, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Working knowledge of the Alberta OHS Act, Regulation, and Code as it pertains to our industry.
- Strong knowledge of assembly/fabrication/production processes, techniques, and quality control methods.
