Job Summary

Field-based Vessel Closure portfolio leadership in Southern California, driving profitable growth for Abbott Vascular. Lead and coach a team of Account Managers and Clinical Specialists to achieve sales objectives across the complete Vessel Closure portfolio, including small and large bore arterial and venous devices, through strategic development, contracting, pricing, and stakeholder management with hospital teams (Electrophysiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists). Develop commercial sales strategy aligned with marketing, hire and develop direct reports, and deliver coaching, performance management, and development plans. Maintain adherence to sales processes, provide market insights, manage customer relationships from onboarding to contracting, and travel ~50% within the assigned region while communicating market dynamics and program effectiveness to optimize outcomes.
