Instruct all ESL classes within the structured syllabus, ensuring the environment is conducted in English only. Maintain a professional, well-managed classroom, begin every session on time, and keep up-to-date gradebooks while posting student progress and engagement to log notes. Promptly notify student advisors of concerns affecting success and make recommendations for curricula or institutional enhancements to achieve target goals for participation and success rates.
