Job Summary
Provide medical and personal care to clients on the rehabilitation ward, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to support their return to self-sufficiency. Motivate clients to maximize their own capabilities while assisting with daily activities and fostering independence. Work flexibly across day, evening, and night shifts, rotating between two Silverein locations in Amersfoort and Bilthoven. Share knowledge with trainees and volunteers, and adapt quickly to a dynamic environment where daily tasks vary.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma MBO Verzorgende IG
- Bereidheid om dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten te werken
- Flexibiliteit in een dynamische omgeving
