Job Summary
Deliver care to clients in apartments and the neighborhood by supporting them with activities of daily living and performing nursing procedures when needed. Build trust through conversations about care and everyday topics while ensuring clients remain in their homes longer. Rotate through all available services and maintain a working relationship with colleagues to support the well-being of residents in Nieuw-Amsterdam. This role involves a 24-hour weekly schedule with a temporary contract intended to convert to permanent, offering a salary between €2981 and €3864 based on the FWG 40 scale.
Required Qualifications
- Een niveau 3 diploma Verzorgende (IG) of een vergelijkbaar diploma
