Job Summary
Conduct individual care for clients within the living environment while collaborating closely with nursing staff, doctors, and therapists. Coordinate 'tailored' care, monitor well-being, and foster a safe atmosphere by engaging residents in games, storytelling, and shared reading. Work across multiple Vivium Zorggroep locations including Laren, Bussum, Weesp, Naarden, Huizen, Amsterdam, and Blaricum. Requires a relevant diploma in care, experience in elderly care, and flexibility to rotate shifts. A Verklaring Omtret het Gedrag (VOG) is mandatory. Full-time role with 36 hours, salary per CAO VVT, FWG 35, plus 13th month and vacation allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Een relevante diploma in de zorg als Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige
- Een betrokken hart voor de zorg
- De flexibiliteit om wisselende diensten te draaien
- Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)
