Job Summary
Provide daily personal, medical, and social support to elderly and vulnerable clients with psychiatric health issues during night shifts from 22:45 to 07:45. Observe and report changes in client health conditions, administer medication, and maintain daily structure through conversation-based supportive treatment. Motivate clients to participate in organized activities while assessing their remaining capabilities and offering emotional support. Adhere to Jewish cultural traditions, including Sabbath observance, within the care environment.
