Job Summary
Provide client-centered care for older adults at night based on the care plan, performing nursing procedures and monitoring somatic and psychosocial health status. Independently identify appropriate care needs while collaborating with the outpatient team to ensure continuity. Inform day-shift colleagues of overnight developments to maintain care quality. Work 20 to 32 hours per week across multiple locations in Hilversum, including St. Joseph and Lopes Diaslaan. Requires MBO-3 diploma in IG nursing and familiarity with PG, somatic, or chronic psychiatry groups.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma MBO-3 verzorgende IG
- Bereidheid een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) tijdig aan te leveren
- Affiniteit met doelgroepen PG, Somatiek of Chronische Psychiatrie en Korsakov
- Baan voor 1, 2 of 3 nachten per week
- Zonder zorgen en prettig naar werk reizen
