Job Summary
Provide client-centered care for elderly residents during night shifts, performing nursing procedures and monitoring their somatic and psychosocial health status. Independently identify the most appropriate care for each client, collaborating with the outpatient team when necessary. Ensure smooth handovers to the day shift by documenting all night events and working closely with the team to maintain care continuity and quality. This role is based at Villa Emma, Villa Wilhelmina, or Villa Hendrik, three small-scale living villas offering a warm, home-like atmosphere. The position requires an MBO-3 diploma in nursing and a preference for working 1 to 3 nights per week.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma MBO-3 verzorgende IG
- Bereidheid een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) tijdig aan te leveren
- Affiniteit met doelgroepen PG, Somatiek of Chronische Psychiatrie en Korsakov
- Baan voor 1, 2 of 3 nachten per week
