Conduct daily care tasks for residents including ADL and HDL assistance, wound care, medication administration, and routine somatic measurements. Guide residents with activities, support room cleaning, and accompany them to medical appointments outside the facility. Monitor and report all actions while ensuring agreements with psychiatrists, specialists, and the GP are kept. Provide support for doctor visits when nursing staff are absent and motivate residents to engage in their daily activities. Work a 32-hour schedule with morning, evening, and night shifts including weekends.
