Job Summary
Deliver client-centered care based on individual care plans, performing nursing procedures and monitoring both somatic and psychological health conditions. Coordinate with clients and families to signal health status and discuss care needs. Maintain continuity and quality of well-being for residents while adhering to established care agreements. Shifts range from 0 to 32 hours per week, with no overnight shifts; work includes day and evening services. The role offers a direct conversion to a permanent contract upon initial suitability. Candidates must hold a diploma as a 3IG caregiver or EVV, with additional training opportunities available for EVV certification.
