Job Summary
Conduct client-centered care based on individual care plans, performing nursing procedures and monitoring somatic and psychosocial health conditions. Support residents with daily activities such as getting up, showering, dressing, and eating, while collaborating with families and colleagues to ensure their well-being and independence. Work across multiple locations including Alba, Nieuw Kerkelanden, and VPT, offering flexible shifts between 24 and 32 hours per week.
