Job Summary
Conduct intensive care and recovery follow-up for clients with serious psychiatric conditions, alternating between High Intensive Care and Recovery Intensive Care units. Provide daily activities of living and somatic care while observing behavior and health to anticipate needs. Manage crisis situations through de-escalation techniques to ensure safety and stability, then support clients in rebuilding daily structure and self-reliance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, treating colleagues, and align with the Mental Health Care Act framework. Work flexibly across day, evening, and night shifts within a secure environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3)
- affiniteit met de GGZ/EPA-doelgroep
- Je blijft rustig en professioneel in (crisissituaties) en handelt de-escalerend
- Je bent empathisch, maakt makkelijk contact met cliënten en naasten
- Je werkt goed samen in een multidisciplinair team
- Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (dag, avond, nacht)
