Support residents with intellectual disabilities at De Drie Ringen in Utrecht Leidsche Rijn by assisting with morning routines, dressing, and meals while providing daily care and companionship. Observe changes in behavior or well-being, discuss them with colleagues, and help maintain a calm, predictable daily structure. Rotate through day, evening, and weekend shifts with a fixed free day, working 16–36 hours per week. Deliver practical care alongside guidance, offering a listening ear and personal attention to help residents feel safe and valued. A VOG is required before the first day.
