Verzorgende IG EVV

Coordinate individual care for residents as the central contact for colleagues, families, and neighbors. Stimulate independent functioning while overseeing care execution and monitoring quality and progress. Serve as the primary liaison for residents and their relatives, fostering a pleasant living environment through teamwork. This role supports individuals with combined somatic and psychiatric needs within Coloriet's diverse network of over 1,400 clients and family members. Work 24–32 hours per week in a team that values flexibility and collegiality.
