Verzorgende IG De Eendracht (24-32 uur)

Conduct daily care for a fixed group of clients with psychiatric vulnerability, managing care plans and assisting with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and medical tasks like wound care and medication administration. Stimulate client independence by encouraging participation in group activities and facilitating appointments with medical specialists. Monitor health and well-being changes, document observations, and coordinate care with colleagues, psychiatrists, and general practitioners to ensure seamless service delivery. Work in a 24-hour residential facility in Amsterdam-West using a rotating roster covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
