Support residents with daily care activities (ADL) and perform nursing procedures while actively listening to their life stories to ensure they feel heard. Collaborate closely within an integrated team of professionals, family caregivers, and volunteers to maintain resident well-being, adapting daily to shifting tasks from medical interventions to meaningful conversations. This full-time role at Tangenborgh's De Anloop location requires an MBO-3 diploma in IG Nursing, empathy, and flexibility across multiple shifts.
