Job Summary
Monitor health status of clients daily, recognizing changes or problems in their condition. Communicate clearly with other care professionals regarding residents and treatment plans while performing nursing procedures with confidence. Collaborate with colleagues in nursing and care homes, hospitals, or independent home care routes to ensure the best possible care. Maintain a client-centered and welcoming attitude while demonstrating responsibility and problem-solving skills. Work flexibly via the Zorgwerk app to determine where, when, and how often you serve.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3) of vergelijkbaar
- bereidheid om een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag aan te vragen
- sterk ontwikkeld verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- enthousiast om bij één of meerdere opdrachtgevers van Zorgwerk aan het werk te gaan
- communicatief vaardig
- goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in zowel woord als geschrift
- cliëntgerichte en gastvrije instelling
- vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
- signalerend en probleemoplossend vermogen
- betrouwbaarheid (opdrachtgevers kunnen op jou rekenen)
- representatieve uitstraling qua kledingkeuze en gedrag
Desired Qualifications
- affiniteit met V&V-huizen en thuiszorgroute in de wijk
