Job Summary
Monitor the health of clients daily, recognizing changes or issues in their condition, and perform nursing procedures with confidence to ensure their safety. Communicate clearly with other care professionals regarding residents and treatment plans, utilizing strong listening skills and social engagement to build trust. Work independently or within a team in nursing homes, hospitals, or home care routes, maintaining a reliable and representative presence for the care sector. Maintain a client-oriented and welcoming attitude while demonstrating problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3) of vergelijkbaar
- bereidheid om een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag aan te vragen
- sterk ontwikkeld verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- enthousiasme om bij één of meerdere opdrachtgevers van Zorgwerk aan het werk te gaan
- communicatieve vaardigheden
- goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in zowel woord als geschrift
- cliëntgerichte en gastvrije instelling
- vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
- signalerend en probleemoplossend vermogen
- betrouwbaarheid
- representatieve uitstraling qua kledingkeuze en gedrag
- affiniteit met V&V-huizen en thuiszorgroute in de wijk
