Conduct active new customer acquisition via phone and field sales to build and develop your own client portfolio. Execute customer meetings and present services on-site while analyzing staffing needs and consulting on individual solutions. Create proposals, negotiate, and close contracts through direct engagement. Collaborate closely with recruiting to successfully fill customer orders and maintain existing client relationships. Requires a commercial qualification or equivalent experience, B2B sales background, and Class B driver's license. Offers a fixed salary of 2,500–3,500 € gross monthly plus uncapped commission, a company car for private use, and a flat hierarchy in a growing firm.
