Job Summary
Manage outside sales of spare parts and service contracts across Lingen, Aurich, Cloppenburg, and Osnabrück, including quote generation, follow-up, and customer retention. Conduct technical consultations on equipment maintenance and leverage telematics data to optimize market trends. Collaborate with the new machinery division to place service agreements and handle direct customer service support. This role includes a company car for private use without mileage limits, with fuel costs covered by Swecon, plus remote work options for route planning. Full-time employment requires a commercial or technical vocational qualification, relevant sales experience, and strong negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung z.B. Automobilkaufmann / Automobilkauffrau (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann / Industriekauffrau (m/w/d), Kaufmann / Kauffrau im Großhandel / Außenhandel / Einzelhandel (m/w/d) oder aber Mechatroniker / Mechatronikerin (m/w/d), etc.
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung aus dem vertriebsorientierten Kundendienst/ Ersatzteilwesen
- Technisches Interesse und Verständnis für die Baumaschinentechnik
- Affinität für Digitalisierung, z. B. hinsichtlich Telemetriedaten der Maschinen
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office/ ERP-Systeme)
