Job Summary
Manage sales of spare parts and service contracts in the field across Wismar, Schwerin, Güstrow, Rostock, and Stralsund, handling quote creation, follow-up, and customer retention. Acquire new clients and provide technical consultation on equipment usage while serving as a liaison to the new machinery sales division for service contract placement. Optimize the market environment by monitoring emerging trends and maintaining close contact with existing customers regarding machine preservation. The role includes a company car for private use without mileage limits, with fuel costs covered by Swecon, alongside remote work capabilities for route planning. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung z.B. Automobilkaufmann / Automobilkauffrau (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann / Industriekauffrau (m/w/d), Kaufmann / Kauffrau im Großhandel / Außenhandel / Einzelhandel (m/w/d) oder aber Mechatroniker / Mechatronikerin (m/w/d), etc.
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung aus dem vertriebsorientierten Kundendienst/ Ersatzteilwesen
- Technisches Interesse und Verständnis für die Baumaschinentechnik
- Affinität für Digitalisierung, z. B. hinsichtlich Telemetriedaten der Maschinen
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office/ ERP-Systeme)
