Job Summary
Manage and consult existing and new customers via phone and email, while creating, tracking, and administering proposals. Process customer orders in the ERP system, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with purchasing, logistics, production, and accounting departments. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain CRM records, and generate sales reports and statistics. Support outside sales teams, plan marketing actions, and prepare for client meetings. Optimize internal sales processes and identify cross-selling opportunities to ensure high customer satisfaction. Full-time employment with above-collective-agreement salary and modern office facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Bürokaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten
Desired Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Kundenservice oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- und/oder CRM-Systemen
- Englischkenntnisse
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
