Job Summary
Qualify leads via phone using provided scripts and schedule Closing Calls with qualified prospects in the CRM. Manage daily KPIs targeting 200 actions over 8 hours, prioritize the lead list, and submit end-of-day reports by 20:00 via Slack. Participate in daily team check-ins and bi-weekly training sessions while ensuring seamless handover of tasks during absences. This full-time remote role requires fluent German and experience in sales or customer consultation, ideally within health or coaching sectors. Candidates must demonstrate strong self-discipline to meet accountability standards within our structured sales framework.
Required Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder im direkten Kundenkontakt
- Fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit einem CRM (z. B. Close)
- Disziplin und Eigenmotivation für eine Remote-Rolle mit klaren KPIs und täglicher Accountability
