Job Summary
Conduct outbound telephone outreach to potential new customers, introducing addisca Training GmbH's scientifically grounded personality development programs. Identify customer needs and interests, then coordinate and schedule phone and online appointments for the sales team. Send follow-up information via email and qualify leads for transfer to the sales department. Maintain and document all client and prospect contact records within the CRM system. This role offers 100% remote work flexibility and is available as part-time or minijob.
Required Qualifications

- Freundliches, professionelles und verbindliches Auftreten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen
- Erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice, Vertrieb, Call Center oder in der Terminvereinbarung
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen (idealerweise HubSpot)
