Execute customer orders efficiently and competitively, either directly or in coordination with the outside sales team. Create detailed proposals for the full Buderus product range, from gas condensing boilers to heat pumps, by leveraging technical understanding and customer needs. Serve as the primary contact for comprehensive technical advice on heating systems, explaining product features and efficiency classes while actively conducting phone sales and managing pickup customers. Provide proactive, product-specific information on all heating systems, answer technical inquiries, and propose solutions that align with customer requirements. Participate actively in advisory, lecture, and exhibition events to present products and solutions. Flexible working models including part-time, mobile work, and job sharing are available.
