Job Summary
Acquire new B2B clients and build a robust network of decision-makers to sell premium coworking and office spaces in Düsseldorf. Conduct outbound outreach, manage inbound leads, and consult on flexible workspace solutions while negotiating and closing lease and usage contracts. Own regional revenue targets and drive sales performance across the Düsseldorf area through active presence in the urban ecosystem. Leverage experience in sales and strong communication skills to convert opportunities in a dynamic, international market.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb/Verkauf
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Abschlussstärke
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
