Job Summary
Acquire new POS locations for the Caldora e-cigarette brand in the Ruhrgebiet, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and gas stations. Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio while presenting and consulting on the product range of pods, e-liquids, and accessories. Plan and execute product placements and sales promotion measures at points of sale, including booth management and direct sales at regional events. Conduct market and competitor observations to identify new opportunities. Participate in trade shows and industry events for networking and brand awareness. Work with a results-oriented compensation model including commission, utilizing a company car and modern equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Außendienstvertrieb
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft im Ruhrgebiet
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen am Wochenende bei Event-Promotions
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb an Points of Sales wie Supermärkten, Kiosken, Tankstellen oder Tabakwarenläden
- Erfahrung mit Event- oder Promotionaktivitäten
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und abschlussorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem „Zug zum Tor"
