Job Summary
Lead sales strategy for the South-West region, covering Trier through Mannheim, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, and Saarbrücken. Manage two direct reports while actively acquiring new customers in manufacturing sectors and conducting weekly meetings with existing clients. Translate technical requirements into tailored proposals, handle calculations, and close contracts through direct engagement with industrial customers. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align offerings and ensure seamless execution. This role involves expanding a key sales territory within a large, nationwide service provider supporting production companies across machinery, food production, and automotive sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Ausgeprägte Hunter-Mentalität und hohe Abschlussstärke
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung in vergleichbarer Rolle
- Sicher im Umgang mit technischen und kaufmännischen Ansprechpartnern
