Job Summary
Manage daily operational business by handling all customer inquiries, creating proposals, and utilizing cross-selling opportunities to meet sales targets. Execute offer and tender management by preparing and sending documentation for public tenders. Support internal operations through report preparation, mail processing, and scheduling coordination. Maintain a professional demeanor during customer communications, including complaints and claims, while driving revenue growth. This role offers flexible working models with up to two days of remote work per week.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
- Erfahrung aus dem Kommunalvertrieb
- Erfahrung aus der Entsorgungswirtschaft
- Eine konsequent kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit Office 365
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace
- Erfahrung mit SAP
- Erfahrung mit ähnlicher Unternehmenssoftware
- Ein ausgeprägtes Vertriebsgeschick
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke
- Verhandlungskompetenz in deutscher Sprache
