Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland via phone and email, managing orders from inquiry through invoicing. Maintain the connection between clients, key account managers, and outside sales teams while resolving inquiries with production, warehouse, and procurement. Lead your own organizational projects directly with senior management. Work within a small DACH team of four, coordinating daily with three outside sales representatives and two sales agents across the region. Full-time or part-time availability is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du behältst den Überblick, auch wenn mehrere Anfragen gleichzeitig reinkommen
- Du kommunizierst klar und freundlich, schriftlich wie am Telefon
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
- Kenntnisse aus der Schmuck-, Uhren- oder Verpackungsbranche
- Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System, wir arbeiten mit abas
- Englischkenntnisse für den gelegentlichen Kontakt über Deutschland hinaus
