Job Summary
Handle new customer inquiries via phone and email, qualify leads, and verify project fit for Reichhart or Volker Witzel. Gather missing technical details, photos, and plans from clients, then hand off qualified requests to the outside sales team. Create and track offers, follow up on open topics, and support the sales team with project preparation and vendor product inquiries. Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls, including cold acquisition in the commercial sector, while documenting interactions and supporting sales actions.
Required Qualifications
