Create and track quotes using modern calculation tools while clarifying customer inquiries and product variants with technical departments. Manage active customer support via phone and email, coordinating closely with sales leadership and international outside sales colleagues. Support and coordinate export processes, including Incoterms and credit terms, while assisting in the implementation of new digital tools and workflows. Requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and good English proficiency; knowledge of export procedures is advantageous.
