Vertriebsinnendienst - Customer Service (m/f/d)

Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing order processing and providing telephone consultations on safety footwear and protective equipment. Actively contribute to acquisition and customer relationship building in coordination with the outside sales team. Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities. This role requires at least two years of customer service experience, proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, and fluency in German and English. Based in the sales team at the Nürnberg location, you will help expand the company's strong brand presence in the German market.
