Job Summary
Manage day-to-day customer service and order processing for existing clients, including creating quotes, entering orders, and coordinating with production and logistics as the primary interface. Handle the full commercial workflow from order confirmation and supplier ordering to invoicing, payment verification, and collections. Generate monthly cash flow reports for management and analyze sales data for specific business units. Report directly to the sales leadership team. This permanent, full-time role is based in Köln-Ossendorf with one flexible home office day post-training, offering an annual salary between 40,000 and 46,000 euros.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industrie-, Groß- und Außenhandelskauffrau/-mann) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Auftragsabwicklung oder Kundenbetreuung
- Sicheres Deutsch
- gutes Englisch für den Schriftverkehr mit europäischen Kunden
- Sorgfalt und Eigenständigkeit
- Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System
- Kenntnisse in Faktura, Mahnwesen oder Buchhaltung
- Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
