Job Summary
Develop markets and projects in the building technology sector by identifying needs, positioning solutions as standard offerings, and driving cross-selling in security and healthcare sectors. Manage the entire sales process from requirement identification through proposal creation and contract negotiations while collaborating closely with clients and electrical planners. Execute the sales strategy for the product portfolio, handle independent calculations within the ERP system, and actively cultivate existing relationships alongside acquiring new projects. Maintain and develop the CRM system, generate regular sales reports, and conduct market analyses to support organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im B2B-Projektgeschäft
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten
- Kaufmännisches Verständnis und Freude am Gestalten nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Zielorientierung und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
