Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d) Innendienst

Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, verify details, and route them to sales staff. Coordinate between sales and production during order processing, manage standard business inquiries and orders, and perform calculations to create proposals using own products and purchased parts. Support preparation for trade shows, attend regular sales meetings, maintain CRM data, and occasionally assist salespeople with external visits and exhibitions. This role supports the global marking systems business, which develops laser, needle punch, and electrolytic marking solutions. The position requires a commercial or technical vocational training, basic sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory, and good English skills are needed.
