Conduct active new customer acquisition through door-to-door visits, referral marketing, events, and digital leads. Provide qualified in-person, telephone, or digital consultations on photovoltaic, storage, and heat pump solutions. Collect customer requirements and offer technical and economic basic advice, then relay information to the project team for proposal creation. Guide the customer process from initial contact through the closing meeting. Build long-term relationships and expand the regional network by participating in trade fairs and local events.
