Job Summary
Conduct technical reviews of contract documents in coordination with project leadership and support the construction and project management teams in evaluating contract issues and change order potential. Draft contract-related correspondence and prepare and review change orders while participating in and independently leading change order negotiations with clients and subcontractors. Develop, revise, and audit standardized processes within contract management. Requires a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent, with expertise in contract law and VOB regulations for large-scale projects. Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bautechniker oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Nachtrags-management sowie im Bauvertragsrecht
- Erfahren in der Anwendung der VOB bei der Abwicklung komplexer Großprojekte
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
