Job Summary
Senior Solution Specialist for Healthcare at Armstrong Fluid Technology leads strategic, multi-location chain accounts in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and prioritising marquee customers, driving sales growth and group-wide engagement, owning joint business plans with healthcare chains, guiding multi-property engagements, engaging with C-suite and key stakeholders, coordinating pricing and contractual discussions, and delivering on KPIs such as strategic-account revenue, wallet share, and multi-year contract value. Requires strong knowledge of building services applications, consultant-led sales processes, and the ability to manage territory plans, pipelines, and cross-vertical collaboration. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to work with architects, EPC contractors, and channel partners to position Armstrong’s Building Services offerings.
Required Qualifications
- University B. Tech Degree or equivalent (Bachelor's degree)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales within HVAC, chiller & pumping systems, building services, or allied industries
- Experience with consultant-led sales processes and project-based business models
- Experience working with architects, consulting engineers, EPC contractors, and channel partners
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with engineering, manufacturing and distribution operations in commercial building equipment sales (preferably servicing chain hospitality and healthcare customers)
- Knowledge of NABH standards is mandatory for the role
- Proven ability to identify, map and align customers of scale in healthcare vertical
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Infor CRM, Salesforce) and ability to read CAD drawings
