Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute complex vertical building projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the integration point among owners, design teams, trade partners, and regulatory agencies. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, local codes, and permits while monitoring schedule performance, identifying critical path activities, and implementing recovery plans for potential delays. Lead project teams to foster collaboration, oversee contractor performance for safety and quality, conduct site inspections, and coordinate resolutions for field issues, design conflicts, and unforeseen conditions. Manage unique challenges associated with phased occupancy, ongoing operations, and logistical constraints to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil, Architectural, or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum ten years of experience managing commercial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, higher education, or high-rise vertical building projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- The position requires the successful completion of applicable pre-employment substance screening and background checks
