Job Summary
Conduct medical assessments and intake screenings for clients undergoing outpatient detoxification. Develop and monitor detox treatment plans while prescribing medication to manage withdrawal symptoms and prevent complications. Collaborate with psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide integrated care and advise colleagues on medical matters. Evaluate post-detox follow-up needs and assist in creating aftercare plans. Contribute to the development of treatment protocols and quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde opleiding Geneeskunde met BIG-registratie
- Aantoonbare ervaring in de verslavingszorg, psychiatrie of interne geneeskunde
- Kennis van medicamenteuze en psychologische behandelingen bij verslaving en detox
- Affiniteit met multidisciplinair werken en een holistische benadering van verslavingsproblematiek
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en empathisch vermogen
- Stressbestendig en in staat om klinisch leiderschap te tonen in acute situaties
