Job Summary
Conduct spartenübergreifend customer consultation from auto contracts to sickness supplementary insurance, identifying sales opportunities and creating individual offers, leads, and closures over the phone. Implement cross-selling approaches by assembling tailored insurance packages and serve as the primary contact for assigned Gothaer agency clients regarding inbound customer inquiries. Contribute insights from telephone contacts to the team to further develop sales support for exclusive distribution. Requires a completed vocational training as insurance salesman or equivalent, preferably with agency experience and knowledge of composite insurance. Flexible work models up to 80% remote, 29 vacation days, and benefits including health management, retirement savings, and the Deutschland Ticket.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Versicherungskaufmann*frau oder Versicherungsfachmann*frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
