Job Summary
Deliver nursing care for patients with chronic substance use disorders, including administering methadon, heroin, and suboxone while performing urine controls. Conduct home visits to provide opiate substitution medication and build individual treatment plans through direct patient relationships. Monitor patients for physical, psychological, and social issues, reporting findings to the multidisciplinary team to support clinical evaluation and care coordination. Work exclusively during daytime shifts from 08:00 to 19:00, with weekend rotations but no night duties. Requires MBO or HBO nursing diploma and BIG registration.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma mbo Verpleegkunde (kwalificatieniveau 4) of hbo Verpleegkunde
- Geldige BIG-registratie
- Kennis van psychiatrische ziektebeelden en persoonlijkheidsstoornissen
- Rijbewijs B
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)
- Bereidheid om, indien nodig, op de andere locatie te werken
Desired Qualifications
- Kennis en praktijkervaring op het gebied van verslavingsproblematiek
- Kennis over de specifieke werking van alcohol en psychotrope stoffen
