Job Summary
Conduct pre- and post-care for patients undergoing examinations or procedures at the Endoscopy and Treatment Center, managing up to 16 patients daily. Monitor and observe patients in a clinical outpatient setting while addressing potential anxiety through empathetic communication and reassurance. Organize work effectively during a regular schedule of 9-hour shifts from Monday to Friday (07:30–17:30), without evening, night, or weekend duties. Contribute to departmental activities including quality improvement, skill development, and mentoring students. Maintain overview and stress resilience when handling high patient turnover and acute situations.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde verpleegkunde opleiding
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Empathisch vermogen
- Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring als verpleegkundige in een ziekenhuis
- Je werkt diensten van 9 uur
- Je bent in staat het overzicht te behouden en goed je werk te organiseren
- Stressbestendigheid waarbij je kan snel schakelen in acute situaties
